So the inspiration came from IO-Mount. I have had a desire to model and study CAD for a long time, and such a project should become a good training ground. Therefore, it was decided to draw my head from scratch in the IO-Mount style. I apologize in advance to the author of IO-Mount for imitating, but let this be his praise. If he thinks that I should buy his project, I will definitely do it.
UA
It took me about 3 months to implement the first prototype on my printer. True, I had little time for designing (occasionally in the evenings). From such a sketch at the end of December 2022:
UA
And before the installation of the first prototype on the printer at the end of March 2023:
And still in development. Still need to finish:
- cable chain bracket on the frame
- cable chain bracket 10x10 per head
- other nozzles for blowing parts (in the style of IO-Mount) for Volcano, B6 and Revo
- another bracket for BLTach (also for 3 versions)

UA-Mount: Print
Print
Slicer: SuperSlicer (because it has a flexible bridge configuration)
Material: ABS or ABS/PC
Infill: Gyroid 18%
Solid infil threshold area: 70 mm²
No perimeters on bridge areas: Keep only bridges
Supports: without supports! Supports need only on Fan_Ducts (see pictures below).
Print order: I recommend to print Main_Body and Top_Plate separately from the rest of the details for maximum quality and lack of stripes in places where the layer time changes (due to a decrease in the number of printed parts) Files for print
At this stage, I'm not ready to post the files to reproduce this project. There is a possibility that this project will be paid, or closed, and distributed only in a closed group. In any case, you can write me in PM, maybe I will want to share the project with you.

UA-Mount: Assembly
Assembly
The photo may contain different versions of parts, different colors. Please understand, because photos were taken at different intervals of the development and assembly of the project.
Before assembling the head, you need to rebuild the extruder. BIQU H2 V2s must be disassembled and turn the motor with the connector to the right by 90°(if you look at the hotend from the side of the motor). At the same time, you can put tiny strips of kapton tape into the bearing seats to eliminate play in these places. During assembly, the motor can be adjusted within a small range. Thus, I was able to reduce the backlash in the gears. Remove brim, bridges and built-in supports Smooth out sagging bridges with a soldering iron Install Inserts M2 D3.5 L3 - 4 pcs and M3 D4.5 L4 - 4 pcs. Install interts from the inside (as in the pictures below). Inconvenient, but this is designed to allow you to use other types of inserts, as in the picture below. But I still recommend using the correct (moulded) inserts. Next is Top_Plate.
Remove the bridges and cut the M6 thread for the PС4-M6 fitting Install Inserts M3 D4.5 L4 - 7 pcs. Cut the M2 thread for X-axis endstop switch. Fix the endstop switch with M2x12 screws. Let's get back to Mine_Body. Install the most difficult part in this project. Filament release handle pusher. Clean the hole with a 4.0-4.1mm drill, and check with 4mm PTFE tube. Next comes the creative process. Bicycle spoke 2mm bends in place, almost without a drawing, focusing on the surrounding objects and the dimensions of the part. Hopefully the photo will show you how to do it. The result should be a pusher as in the drawing. Fold 12mm (for the handle) is done last. Put on a piece of PTFE tube 15-16mm before bending the spoke. Everything is ready to install BIQU H2 V2s. The extruder is fixed with two M3x8 screws on the sides. The third attachment point is made of a stock heat break from a Sapphire Plus 3D printer. You can also use a through heat break M6 with a 4.1mm hole inside. If you use M6 heat break. You must use an M5 nut with M6 threaded in it as the mounting nut, because the M6 nut won't fit in that spot. Let's move on to the bottom of the extruder.
Using transparent epoxy resin, glue the light (3mm pcb LED backlight). On the light board, I replaced the LEDs with 9V LEDs and 680 Ohm resistors for 24V operation. The wires are pulled inside the part. Inserts M2 D3.5 L3.0 are melted on the sides (4 pcs). Do not forget to install neodymium magnets D3.0 L3.0 for attaching the cover (2 pcs in holder, 2pcs in cover). Fan_and_light_holder is screwed to the extruder with M3 * 8 screws through insulating washers. Then assemble the 3D touch holder. Connect the two parts and glue with acetone. After the glue has dried, cut the M3 thread. Install the M3 D4.5 L4.0 insert into one mounting ear of the fan (as shown in the photo). This is necessary for the pre-assembly of this part. Under the fan, another backlight is installed. Same as fan_and_light_holder. Wires from the motor are additionally fixed with wire_holder_nema14 part and M3*8 screw. The wires are fastened with plastic ties 2-2.5 mm wide. Before installing the left blower fan, need to fix its wire.
It remains only to install the inserts (M3) in the holders and belt tensioners.

UA-Mount: Install
Install
First, we dismantle the old head, and perform prevention of linear guides (rails). During the initial assembly of the printer, I was afraid (lazy) to do this, which I regretted many times.
UA
Fasten the assembled Top_Plate to the MGN12H carriage with M3*8 screws
UA
Checks how the carriage moves along the entire length of the rail. Here we have the first surprise - the Top_Plate has already rested on the spool, the end of the X axis has not yet reached its stop on the beam.
UA
There are several ways out of this situation:
UA
And if I already got into the mechanics of the X-Y axes, then I decided to fasten the shafts on which the rollers (spools) sit. For this I printed my remix of "stabilizers" - Stabilizer of pulleys shafts by hardlock
UA
After replacing the rollers with bearings, the limiter reaches its stop normally and you can proceed to installing the assembled "Main_Body". To do this, insert it from below and fix it with two central screws M8x12 DIN7984 (So far, they are not tightened - nothing will fall anywhere.
UA
Now you can check if the new head is chipping something else. And here we are waiting for another unpleasant thing - the blowing nozzles of the parts do not fit a little (some 3-5 mm) above the screws of the Z axis... This applies only to the Volcano version. Revo and standard V6 will fit fine
UA
You can cut the native screw, or you can put a shorter T8 screw (380 mm long). I went the second route because a local shop found 380mm long T8 screws for $5 USD a pair.
UA
Let's proceed to the installation of belts. First, we fix the "upper" belt with the right rear blocker using the M3*12 DIN7984 screw
UA
Pull the belt through the entire kinematics, and pull it out through the hole on the left front. Then we insert the tensioner with the M3*16 DIN7984 screw and tighten the belt by turning the screw, as shown in the pictures below. After both belts are tensioned, we fix both tensioners with M3*12 DIN7984 screws through the holes in the front.
UA
It remains to insert the PTFE tube. Approximately 70 mm should fit through the fitting if a native thermal barrier is used. If less got in, it means that the tube did not get into the thermal barrier that fastens the extruder from behind.
UA
Everything is ready to connect the wires. I'm using my switch board, but the CAN adapter will do the same.

Profit and tests
TheMintMount with BMG and nema17 23mm - 550g UA-Mount with 4010 fans - 360g UA-Mount with 4020 - 380g finding the right place for the accelerometer
There are almost no differences in vibration readings when the accelerometer is located at the end of the nozzle and at the bottom of the motor. But when the accelerometer is placed on the Top Plate, the vibration level on the graph is much lower (by 1.5-2 times), but the frequency is the same. Therefore, the shaper and maximum accelerations are not always correctly selected in automatic mode. Based on this, a decision was made to place the accelerometer under the motor.

About ?_mistake_? in IO-Mount
After printing the first prototype, redrawn with IO-Mount, when trying on the beam, the lower belt was skewed. At the same time, the upper belt stood straight.
UA
Then I compared the dimensions of the belt holes in the Main_Body with the dimensions on the rear spools. On the IO-Mount, it does not match the actual location of the belts on the printer by about 2 mm. Then several users confirmed to me that there was such a problem. But not everyone. For someone, everything becomes even. Why so - I do not know.
UA
I fixed this error in UA-Mount. The distance between the belts is 3 mm. The distance between the edges of the belts is 16 mm.

Look again once you found your work as a reference. congratulations very good work!!!!
This is for you to upgrade a My SP-5
But I still have no idea what to print, either IO.Mount (paid) or Diamond (free), but I honestly can't decide.
Material I have to upgrade Triaglelab CHC hotend and a SherpaMini.
I think I'll choose to draw my own
toolhead too! with a little inspiration from them all

voodoo, I was inspired by the design and technical part of IOMount, so it turned out very similar to it.An excellent modular head that is worth the money. I recommend repeating it.

Ок, дякую!
А ще таке питання, чи "Stabilizer of pulleys shafts by hardlock" підійде до SapphirePro(SP3)?
